Waking up hungry...

Hoping to get some advice - this is my 2nd week on the program, doing fairly well on the 5&1. However, I've started waking up at night just FAMISHED. It's really difficult in that haze of sleepyness to not grab something forbidden from the kitchen cause I'm so darn hungry (so far I've stayed strong). Any advice on how to manage this? FedEx delivered to me on Saturday!!!!!!

Hi all!

I went to take out the trash this morning and my MF delivery had arrived!!!!!! Talk about feeling like Christmas!!!!! I was completely out of bars and getting pretty low on everything else. In praise of M.F. Soups!

I can't tell you how glad I am that M.F. is not a "shake only" kind of program. It's been pretty cold in my neck of the woods lately and I have really enjoyed the soups and chili!

Magic Bullet - how big is it?

I'm thinking about picking up a magic bullet blender and taking it to work every day so I can have a decent shake at work. How bulky is the base? I carry a large tote with me every day and am hoping this won't be too difficult to bring along. Any thoughts? How big is this thing, anyway? I wouldn't bring a full-sized blender but I'm hoping this will be more portable.

Whew! Made it through Thanksgiving - Temptation Over!

Well it's 8:00 PM here in NY and I have managed to get through the day at my parents house (our Italian Thanksgiving) without going crazy with food! 0 Calories flavored water

Hi fellow losers!

My GF just discovered a new product yesterday which is a zero-calorie flavored water (raspberry, lemon, etc). It really tastes like juice but less sweetened.

I looked at nutritional info and it says 0 calories, 0 carbs, 0 fat, etc...

Can it be used on our plan (Nancy?!) ?
