I just got back from loading up on my new stock of Davinci's sugar free syrups. I get mine at Cash and Carry where they are about $3.80 or so.
I finally got a list of the locations of the Cash and Carrys so here they are:

If you eat beef for your L & G meal everyday, will that affect weight loss? I read where one poster noted that L.A. Weight Loss said you should eat beef one day then chicken for two days because beef takes longer to digest. I never saw any restrictions, other than portion size, on beef. Just wondering.

Can someone tell me if benifits me to do the full fast versus the modified? I have heard that the loss isnt all that much faster with the full. What about a day when Im not wanting to eat and would drink an extra meal replacement? IS that not a good idea?? Thanks !
