So, I received a resounding no about the fat free cream cheese. I got the info from the FAQ section, topic General FAQ, scroll 4/5 of the way down, and there is a section from Nancy dated 5/11/04 about free foods. This includes ff cream cheese, ff sour cream, etc. I knew I wasn't dreaming, that I had seen it somewhere. But, those who answered said no. So, my question is ...is all ...

Do I have to have 5 supplements every day? I can usually only do 4...I think I'm just drinking so much that I'm too full.

Ok.. so yesterday i went to my clinic to get my weekly supply of MF but then i noticed that they had replaced a lot of the MF products with their own brand (Physicians Weight Loss) so i then asked one of the nurses why they were replacing the supplements and she said that it was because the MF company had closed down. This can't be true right? Well, i don't think it ...

Well I made through Day 1, no cheating and I wasn't hungry! At first I wasn't sure if I could do it. I have planned on being off of work for day one, but ended up being called in. Actually, I think being busy helped.

BTW does anyone know if you can split up your lean and green instead of eating it at one time? I am meeting an aunt I haven't seen in years ...

With my job I travel alot. Well I MF after my last and was not expecting to travel anywhere until March.

Last night my son's bowling team won their regional division and now I am leaving perhaps as soon as tomorrow for the state tournament.

Help - how do I manage to stay on the program while I am away in a hotel room and will be taking kids out to eat for all 3 ...
