Anyone have one to recommend??

I am curious to know how our bodies will adjust to the big weight changes. I am no spring chicken and wondering about getting so saggy and flabby that I will be hiding my new thin body in sweats anyway. I read that we should not start an exercise program for 3-4 weeks. I was hoping others might share what their experience has been with this? I have looked at the after pics and everyone ...

I am seriously considering switching over to the full fast diet..My Dr is more then willing to monitor me...He says if I fail on this diet he will recommnend me for lap banding or another form of surgery...

I am very desperate to get the weight off (I need to have 54 lbs off by June 23rd).

Basically I need to have all the facts when I go in for my bloodwork.

I started the program on February 21st. I have not had any problem following the plan at all, in fact so far it has been really easy. I love the shakes and bars and I am not hungry at all. I am so surprised at the weight loss. This morning was day 5 and I had already lost 15 lbs. The only problem I am having is leg cramps during the night.

First it was the pudding, but that I understood because I've always liked pudding. But this one just blows my mind. I've never in my life liked oatmeal, and the only way I ate the Medifast version was in cookies (and even then, I haven't had them in months because I didn't like them THAT much).

So the past few days, I've been almost CRAVING oatmeal. This has happened before because it's always sounded good ...

Is there a 4 week package that can be ordered without the meat products in it? I just put in a big order since I needed to get the items that do not contain meats. Just thought I would ask if getting the free meals was an option for me next time. . . Thanks

I was wanting to look at some of your schedules with this diet so maby I can get an idea what will work for me. Thanks to everyone who was so great to greet me I am very excited about starting this journey with you all.

I just received a case of oatmeal. I opened the first box and noticed it was short 2 packets. I thought, hmmmmmm, better check the rest and guess what?! Every single box had only 5 packets!

I'm on the phone with customer service right now and I'm sure they'll take care of it, but I just wanted to alert y'all to count those packets!

I'm a regular blood donor and wondered if I should or shouldn't give blood while I'm doing MF?? I hadn't thought about it till I got my reminder call to come in.
