was this legal

For my meal today I used 1 cup of egg substitute and used 1 cup of mushrooms and 1/2 cup of bell/red peppers. I sauteed the vegetables using water and spoonful of butter buds and salt and pepper. Was this a legal meal? I hope so because it was good!!!

After taking it easy for the last few months, I have started losing again-I got myself psyched and feel committed to losing.
The scale has come down two pounds in as many days.
Here's to Medifast. When we are ready, it is too!

Quick question...

This is day one for me and so far so good.
My question...is it ok for my stomach to growl between meals? It hasn't up until this point. I am about 45 minutes away from my next meal, which will make it 3 hours from my last meal.

Is this ok? Or should I go ahead and eat now?

Egg substitute?

Does that mean stuff like eggbeaters? The quick start guide says we can have 1/2-1 full cup of egg substitute, which, if it is eggbeaters, would provide a lot more food that two eggs. I guess it makes sense, since you are dealing with the yolk.

I think I may use this (if that is what they mean) for an omelet.

Does anyone else have a hard time finishing the L&G??

I have a hard time. I'm usually full about 1/2 way through. 7oz of chicken is more than I ate before and then all the veggies...is it bad if I can't eat it all?

"____" as a Legal Snack - "Deleted Post"

Hi Medifasters!

Well. I had originally posted an email regarding the use of "a product" as a legal snack and the response by the MF nutritionist. But, after reading Lauren's post that follows, I have decided to delete it. I do not want to be responsible for guiding anyone the wrong way or encouraging anyone to find excuses to deviate from the program. This program does work as it is! And really, I am not ...

Regarding Mushrooms...

While I was looking through the protocol, I was curious about mushrooms, since it only mentions them to be used sparingly on salads. As a huge mushroom fan, I was curious about how I should use them when cooked. Here is the answer I received (the part about cucumbers is from another question I asked).

I know that there is a lot of debate about this issue, so I thought I would bring it to ...

Anyone in Jamaica???

This is completely unrelated to MediFast, but...

I LOVE Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. The only problem is that it's $35-$45 per pound here in the States. When I visited Jamaica a few years ago, I was able to buy it for just $4-$8 per pound.

Is there anyone out there who lives in Jamacia that might be willing to help me out? Only if it's not illegal to do so, of course. I'm not familiar ...
