Are these eaten as a meal like the puddings, shakes etc? Or they in addition as a "in case you are hungry"?

I just got my first 5 weeks but because my husband only gets paid the last day of every month I am going to have to order for next month soon.

I have a really busy day today and will not have time to make a lean and green. Is it possible to just do a 6+0 for one day?

I am leaving work early today to catch the Carolina Hurricanes parade, so I will not have a chance to get home and eat.

My friend told me she passed by a Medifast "store" the other day. It's off Preston Rd. between Hedgecoxe and 121 somewhere. Don't know if that's Plano or Frisco. Anyone hear of this? I might go by tomorrow to check it out. Just curious...

I'm just beginning my 3rd week on MF and have lost 9 pounds. This is very exciting and I want to continue on this path to success.

Here is my dilemma. I'll be flying to another state this weekend to attend a wedding. Any good tips to share for following MF while travelling and visiting with friends and relatives?

i looked around and couldn't find any info on sweet potatos.

are we allowed them? are they considered a big, fat no no?

if it's a no, then i shall pass them over. but if they are a YES, i'll be so happy!

I have been reading all of those awesome sucsess stories and wonder what some of you may have used to help the appearance of cellulite. The thought of wearing a swimsiuit or shorts scares the crud out of me.I know there are no miracles but I have read some revews that some products and proceedures help the appearence some temporary some longterm. Anyone have any luck with this? Many Thanks

On Friday I went to the dentist and got my first set of Ortho-Clear trays. They are like Invisa-line; clear braces type things that I got to correct a gap in my front teeth. I have to wear them for 6 months and I can already tell this will be a big help with Medifast. I have to take them out to eat solid food, and it is a pain in the patootie ...

How bad are they?

I've been on Medifast since January, lost a little over 60 pounds so far, on the 5-1 plan, with no falling off the wagon. I just received a new shipment of the Diabetic Bars (I'm not diabetic, just use those because supposedly less sugar and carbs). I use the bars when I'm at work 1-2 a day.

Has anyone notice they've reformulated the diabetic bars? They are much sweeter and less substantial, more like candy ...
