How much weight per week avg??

Just a general question for those out there, how much
weight do you really lose per week?

Based on the Ketone test, I am in Ketosis, yet the last two weeks I've only lost 2 pounds one week, and 2.8 the next. Guess its a little frustating when i was losing 3 pounds a week in the pre-diet phase while eating carbs. Will I ever see a 5 pound week?

getting all the meals in

Timing

I'm sorry if this is discussed somewhere, I thought this would be a good place to ask...

I'm wondering how important timing is with the 'lean and green' meal. Does it have to be the last thing I eat in a day? Can I, say, eat 3 Medifast meals, have my 'lean and green', and then have 2 more Medifast meals?

I'm on an unusual schedule, and that's how it would work best for me. ...

Extra of what???

I'm not asking anyone to condone eating more than MF guidelines, just curious.

Do any of you get so hungry you have to eat something??? Is it better to have an extra shake, Lean, what?

I'm assuming lean because it doesn't take you out of ketosis???

Diet sodas...

I started on the MF plan thru a clinic, and my MF advisor only wants me to have 1 diet soda per day or just 16 oz of other non-caloric fluid (other than water). They say its to keep the sodium level down, but there is only 35mg in a diet pepsi, yet they say I can have a pickle which has 350 mg??? I'm willing to live with all these restrictions, I just don't ...

Question about exercise and MF

I need some help! I know it's early to be asking about this but I just bought my season pass for snowboarding and I'm not sure how MF will work with it. A good day (pow day) of boarding will be 4-5 hours of moderate to intense exercise. Will MF be enough calories to support that? My diet - is what I'm eating okay?

I'm fairly new to the plan, I've been on it for only two weeks. My meals, most days consist of the following:

7:30am - shake
10:00am - bar
12:30pm - soup and some soy crisps (but I don't always have soy crisps, only if I'm particularly hungry that day)
3:00pm - shake
6:00pm - usually a salad with some ff shred cheese, ff dressing, and baked, diced chicken. Sometimes I'll have a little bit of ...

Losing fat NOT lean

How do I lose fat and not lean while I am on this program? I am worried about losing lean muscle and would like to know what exercises I can do and what food I can eat, to make sure I lose the fat.
