I am thinking of ordering the cream of chicken soup this month but I wanted to know some opinions first. I have pretty much liked all the other soups.

Ok, so i am on my second day and I feel bad. no energy, hungry, carb cravings, and headache.

What do I do to get past this?

I don't care much for the powder chocolate, but I like the powder vanilla with a touch of pumpkin pie spice.

Ok, It is probably because I haven't had any carbs, but I feel unsatisfied.

Heres what I ate today - I didnt receive my order until 3 so I had to improvise

11am Glucerna Shake
3pm Medifast shake
4pm Chicken Broth
6pm medifast shake
8pm Green beans and chicken tenders (boneless skinless, cooked in 2tbl peanut oil, served 8)

I just finished dinner and I am stomach ...

Is it okay to have chicken broth instead of chicken bullion?

I have IBS and it seems that liquid diets make me have constant diharea. Does anyone have IBS and have trouble with Medifast? If so, what do you do?

I can't believe how expensive the medifast shakes are. Especially having to drink 5 a day. How do you all afford it?

Well, today is my first day. The fedex website showed that my first order is going to be delivered today. So, I decided to have a Glucerna shake for lunch. It obviously isn't medifast, but until i get my shipment, it is better than pancakse or french toast!
