So here is my question. I know many health dieticians have stated that you shouldn't eat too late before bed. Some say nothing after 8pm. Today, I had my MEAL for lunch. So the rest of the day are MF meals. I am wondering, what is the latest I can have my meals? Does it matter on when I actually go to bed? Is there such a thing as don't eat any sooner then 2hrs ...

In the chili, my beans won't cook. They are always hard. Yesterday, I cooked in the time asked, then placed a cover over the bowl and let it steep for a few minutes. Well, I think that may have cooked 3 of them. LOL Any tips on cooking my beans :lol:

I just got my new order of MF and I ordered some beef stew to try. It's a little thick so next time will add more water and probably a boullion cube to give it a little more taste. Ok this is probably going to be a politically incorrect question here, but I have to ask it. First let me say I love Medifast, I did it 18 years ago and went from 187 lbs to 120 lbs, now 18 years and 2 children later I've been struggling with losing even 5 lbs. I came back to medifast and in just over a month I've lost 15 1/2 lbs. I'm truly loving it. Anyway ...

Just wondering ... and looking for tips from other veggies.

I read in the quickstart guide that losing weight on the plan can increase fertility. So...........will my birth control pills be less effective? Inquiring minds (such as my hubby) want to know.

I just received my medigrub order I placed this weekend. There is a sample of the vanilla pudding! Should I try it o'natural...or would you guys try a flavor right away? Whatcha guys think? :-P
