Hey! I just saw the Medifast commercial and guess what?! One of the "stars" is from my home town.....wooo hooo. I don't know her, but I do know her parents. She was also in People Magazine a year ago.

I have a friend who's considering Medifast but she travels on business and has to entertain clients quite a bit when she does. So what do those in similar situations do? Obviously, having a lean and green at dinner is no problem. But she's understandably reluctant to whip out a packet while out with clients at breakfast and lunch.

I know some do that, but any other suggestions? I suggested having just tea or coffee ...

Question on making the oatmeal cookies can I make them in advance? If I can how long can I keep them? Do they, should they be refrigerated?

Hi everyone! I am new to the program. Ive been on for about a week, but actually followed it about 4 days. But I have a few questions, first can we have Sugar Free coffee creamer? I bought some SF Hazelnut creamer a few weeks ago, and love it, and would love to have it in the coffee in the mornings!

Also, I have been very hungry lately. I normally eat right at 2 hours ...

I spoke with a medifast nutritionist today and, (Don't yall go yelling at me!) I asked her about substituting la tortilla factory low carb, low fat tortillas as a snack. Here is the ingredients and nutrional break down;

I am wondering some things about portions.

I thought it was 2 cups of green, period, whether it was cooked or salad/raw. But is it really 2 cups salad (and do you have to add another 1/2 cup of raw vegetables or can you just have lettuce?) or 1.5 cups of cooked veggies?

Meats - this one is pretty specific. I have turkey burgers. 2 of them cooked is 7oz. But should I only be ...

OK, I know this might sound really dumb, but is there a list of all the acronyms used by those of you who have been doing this awhile ? Like "NSV", "DH", "BMR", etc... Sometimes I feel like I'm in the dark when I read some of the posts. Thanks y'all and thanks for all of your wonderful posts ! They're a huge support ! :D
