L/G Meal Question

Just wondering if you can split your L/G. Maybe like 2 oz of meat (chicken, most likely for me) at lunch with 1cup salad greens (or whatever 1/2 is of the recommended daily allowance), then have the other half later on. If not the meat, what about having a salad (again, 1/2 of whatever the daily allowance is for raw veggies) and a soup for lunch. Trying to trick my mind and mouth into thinking ...

Am I being too strict?

I know, ironic question after my cheat this week. But....

Tonight I still need 2 supps before bed and I'm going to have cocoa and a bar - even though I already had a bar today. I have never had 2 bars in a day before, and I know it's not recommended - but is it cheating?

When should I worry?

3 days ago I weighted it at 272.5, then the next day at 273.4 and then 273.4 again today.

I know this happens here and there (and it sucks!) but how long without weightloss (or maybe even minor gain :( ) should I go until I wonder whats up.

Food Scale?

Can anyone tell me where I might find a nice scale to weigh the lean on? I tried to buy one last year but it was plastic and boy was it a piece of crap. I returned it to the store and just tried to guess. I want to be more precise so any recommendations would be great. :)
