Just wondering if you can split your L/G. Maybe like 2 oz of meat (chicken, most likely for me) at lunch with 1cup salad greens (or whatever 1/2 is of the recommended daily allowance), then have the other half later on. If not the meat, what about having a salad (again, 1/2 of whatever the daily allowance is for raw veggies) and a soup for lunch. Trying to trick my mind and mouth into thinking ...
