In addition to my daily vitamin, I also take an omega fatty acid pill, and a fruit and veggie formula...they each have less than 1g of carbs, are these acceptable? Thanks Everyone!

I am eating the berry oatmeal, no offense, but I am gagging it down. I have already drank 24oz of water and not nearly done. Is there anything I can do to make it more palateable? Thanks

Poll, or comment.. Out of curiosity, how many of you have kids that have adopted your good or bad eating habits? Are your kids overweight, and on the same train as you are? If they are NOT, tell us why not. What do they do different, besides run around all day and exert energy?

I went to the dr. wed. and he took one lookat me and threw his head back and laughed he said see what you can do when you set your mind to it. after he checked me out he said you are just as healthy as you look and that is teriffic .he said this is so great to be off of all medications and he gave me the go ahead to lose ...

I am at a standstill. I haven't cheated on this diet and am not losing. In fact, I've gained 5 pounds. I am drinking my water, so I know that's not it. I'm getting very, very discouraged. I eat lean meat and green beans for my one meal, and I take my supplements accordingly. What am I doing wrong??? I want to give it all up when this happens!
