I am in a very intense 12-16 hour meeting. All meals are being catered. Right now we are taking a quick lunch break for pizza and ceasar salad. Pizza is my all time biggest weakness - I could easily eat a whole one! I have not given in - had a bar instead but it is REALLY hard. If I make it through this day, I can do anything.

Well as some know, I was placed on a med that left me in a stalemate with my weight. I finished my med treatment and whoosh, I was able to continue where I left off. I thought I was going to gain or stay stuck at 269 for who knows how long. I did stay on the Medifast program while on the meds. Well, I weighed myself and am as of today 266 lbs.

Hello all, got thru day 1, it was a struggle. About 3pm my stomach got very upset. I felt nauseated, stomach very upset, have very bad gas.
