I have taken it upon myself to stay at home tonight.... I did not buy any liquor, snacks, or foo foo stuff either. I am enjoying my medifast shake and the kiddos are watching tv all nestled in their beds. This is definately a different "bringin in the New Year"!!!

I guess I figured that if i don't go out, I will not be tempted! So, far so, good! I would love a nice warm ...

Well, another year gone by and another resolution I have made...there is a difference this time though.....I will NOT fail. I have chosen to start MFing and change my life completely around. I Have 150+ ponds to lose and I have all the CONFIDENCE and SUPPORT I need. I have carefully planned out my Journey as best I can, besides those times that are unpredictable, but also have come up with senarios and what if's ...

I started Medifast yesterday and so far am loving it...unfortunately tonight I didn't realize that I made an error until I was reading along in the forum....I thought I was doing quite well tonight, using my fat free salad dressing on my green salad along with my 4 oz of chicken.....I just went down to the fridge to check the carbs on my dressing and it has 11 grams per serving.........ugh.....does this mean another three ...

Alright, guys, the shipment arrived, and this is my first day back on the full fast using Medifast 70. I thought I would change product this time and see how things go. I do believe I like the taste of the 70 better than the other. I don't have to add any sweetner, which saves a carb or two.

Chances are good that I'll be going to Kuwait in January for a month. I sure ...
