Newbie question

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum and have a newbie question. I had started my MF plan last Saturday, weighed in at 222 pounds and after about 2-3 days was down 9 pounds. According to the quick start guide this is normal and so far... textbook. I went to the pharmacy and got some ketone strips. weight gain on antidepressents

HELLO!!!! I need help. I have been using medifast and trying so hard to be faithful, but I started on prozac and gained 30 pounds. I got off that, lost ten of it and then got another antidepressant and have gained 8 pounds in a month. I started walking at the YMCA YESTERDAY. This is the WORST. Any advice from my fearless leader? Unca? Mike? Robin? Anybody can help me?

New Products tried and tasted!

I go to a Medifast center and they had the new products in stock. Here is my take:

The Chili Cheese Nacho puffs taste like taco seasoning packets pours on hb meat with cheddar cheese-delicious and satisfying when you want something crunchy!
The Parm ones didn't really have a taste, so I am not going to buy them.
The Honey Mustard Pretzel sticks at first weren't good, but a second bite revealed a slight bit ...

Fibrous Lean and Green

Hi all. I'm trying to add more fiber into my diet via the Lean and Green, meaning I need to know which vegetables compatible with 5&1 have a lot of dietary fiber.

I know green beans are one (though they are carby...) What are some others?

Are there any dietary fiber supplements that are 5&1 compatible?

L & G question

I am really trying to tweek my L & G to something I enjoy, I could use expert advice. I would like to have a 3OZ can of tuna with 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese and the veggies. Does this seem correct? I worry about the carbs in the cottage cheese slowing things down. THANKS in advance

White tea??

Can you drink white tea on this program?

Below is information that was posted on a web site about the benefits of white tea:
White tea may or may not aid in weight-loss. Studies suggest tea may increase metabolism and encourage the body to burn more fat, but a balanced diet and regular exercise are more likely to produce results. Still, adding white tea to your weight-loss plan can't hurt.

MF on an airplane ?

Does anybody have any idea whether or not I can take bars with me, a three day supply, in my carry on in an airplane ? And, for that matter, how about any other form of MF ? I leave early on Friday morning, answers are very much appreciated :).
