Ugh. I'm almost at the 1 week point of the plan, and my mouth tastes horrible today!! Is this that bad breath thing you're all talking about? I really don't want to chew gum or suck on mints all day because I can't have the ones with aspartame (they make my throat itch). Does anyone have any other suggestions?
