We're having our first cookout of the summer here at work. The ENTIRE building is going to smell like burgers and hot dogs and everywhere you look there's cheeseballs, potato chips, cookies, fruit, meat.. argh!

I know they're trying to be helpful when they ask me if I want a plain burger with some salad, but that burger is a little patty with 26g of fat in it! I think I'd rather have a steak ...

I've decided to reward myself when I get to 50# loss with a Wavefront Lasik procedure for my eyes. <img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_34.gif' border=0>Doctor assures me that weight loss will not affect my eyesight in anyway after the procedure is done.

My company is pretty cool. Today it hit 100 degrees here in Phoenix for the first time this year. It is a tradition that the VPs of each department distribute Dilly Bars (ice cream) to their staff to celebrate the occasion. They go around ringing little Good Humor bells and everything.

I got my chocolate Dilly Bar and flipped it over to read the nutritional info. There's a lotta carbs in those things! But still ...

....and I can't believe what a HUGE difference it's made in the way I feel! I've dropped two sizes and my stomach isn't in the way anymore....I can TIE MY SHOES! I lost 7lbs this week! That brings me to 20lbs in a month! I am soo excited! I set 20lbs for the month as my goal but after last weeks weigh-in..I thought I would be short! This morning the scale showed me down 7 big ones! I am so happy...and I want to thank each and everyone of you for all your great support! Have a great day!

Just thought I'd share b/c no victory is too trivial. Went shopping for new undies today and did not have to buy them from Lane Bryant, Catherine's, Just My Size, etc. Did not have to shop in the Plus Size section which was completely amazing!!!

I am having a horrible week. I have been starving and haven't been able to get back on! I think it is because I am expecting TOM. It doesn't always happen but sometimes right before TOM I have a bottomless pit for a stomach. I went back up to 200 and I am so upset with myself. Does anyone else ever have this problem? I really want to be down 30 more pounds by July ...
