Ok..

Last week I had lost a total of 42 pounds!! Yeah!

However, I didn't post, so I haven't been in the 40 pound club. I just sent Unca a PM because I weighed today, and I'm now......................................................................................47.75 Pounds down!!!!!!!! I BIG week for me!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

I hope to be in the 50 pound club next week, we'll see, only time will tell... Man I feel AWESOME!!!!

Can't wait to get rid of this BIG ...

I made it to the 20lb club! Yeah! It has not been easy, but it is coming off, and I am so thankful for that.

It is really frustrating to me though, since I had made it down to 199lbs a while back, but had gained up to 225lbs and now I am having to lose those 26lbs to get where my starting weight should have been! Grrrr

But I am very happy with ...

Hi guys - it's been 3 weeks since my surgery and I am really having a hard time. If you recall, I gained 5 pounds the week of the knee surgery, took it off the second week and this week maintained. Ugh!

As much as I want to lose, I am more frustrated by the fact that I am extremely hungry!!! I mean grumblies in the tummblies kind of hungry...and I crave salty things. In ...

For some of you who may not go into the webroom section of the forum we have a chat tonight at 9pm EST. They are tons of fun and really encouraging too. It would be nice to have a full room.

Hope to see lots of you there. No webcam needed just the ability to type.

It took a day longer than expected, but I'm back on Medifast. I took my week off for Las Vegas and planned to start back yesterday (Monday)...but I slipped up and ate a normal meal.

It's ok though, I did that during my original start date as well. I learned that starting on this plan is much easier on work days for me, so today (my first day back at work) is my new "return" ...

So, we had a big bbq for Mom's day yesterday. And I had a drink (vodka and cranberry) and then another and then another - and I think one more after that. So of course in my buzzedness, I decided eating everthing in sight would be a great idea - so i did.
Today my insides feel like a volcano - a bloated, uncomfortable volcano.
Oh, and the best part - I gained 6 lbs ...

OK, I've read that Lisa has a new picture, complete with thinnin' features and newly styled hair that is eye popping!! :shock: What I want to know is...can we see? Pleeaase??
