While 40 Has Been Sporty...

50 is Way More Nifty!

Great way to celebrate my 2 month anniversary.

For all of you that are stuck on plateaus...<img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_10_1.gif' border=0>.

Looking back over my tracking program, I had several plateaus between weeks 3 and 5 and was becoming very dispirited (sp?) <img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_9_9.gif' border=0>

In the first week my weight loss was so dramatic...(14 pounds!) that I thought the program would be a snap and I'd be at goal in just ...

Net Calories

Not sure which forum this should be posted under, but here goes...

I've been using a software program to keep track of my calories, fats, carbs, protein, sugars, and sodium. It also keeps track of exercise. On those days when I exercise...which has pretty much been every day... if I deduct the calories I've worked off exercising from my total intake on Medifast, the net calories drop below 700 and on somedays has been closer ...

New here

Ok well my cousin is on here and she has encouraged me to post on here as well, so here I am. We have been doing medifast for a little over a week and my first loss last week was jumping between 5.5-6 pounds. So I'm pretty happy with that!!! I find that my hardest times are when i am at work. We cook all the time there for the kids and we are constantly ...

Non-scale victory, the whole "family" is healthier

Hi there,
Most of you know I'm terminally single, so this won't be a post about my husband or kids getting healthier...

We went to the vets today. I was dreading it because they yelled at me last year that my smallest dog was 10lbs overweight and we needed to do something about it NOW!

Well, Yoda has lost 6lbs!!! A big part of it has been no "rides" to the drive-thru (where he'd get ...

Another Non-Scale-Victory

Hey, folks-

So I always joke with my friends and family that I currently have a 3 week cycle for clothes fitting while I've been on MF. First week the clothes are slightly too tight, second week they're just right, and third week they're too loose. Things like sweaters and cotton tops can last a bit longer, but pants just look too baggy after 3 weeks, so I've been personally and single-handedly keeping Goodwill stocked ...
