I feel like this week has been the roughest for me and I have wanted to cheat so bad, its probably been a combonation of my period coming on and graduation being this week. I have been kinda feelin pretty stressed out and i just want to eat. I keep telling myself i dont need it and I have been able to stay away. I don't think I am gonna loose any this week but ...

I am very pleased my scale (and body!) played nice this week, as my friends and family wanted to celebrate the 100 mark this weekend at the beach, and I told them we couldn't celebrate until I actually hit the number!
