Starting Week #2

Well today is day two week #2 for me and I'm still in disbelief at how simple and effective this plan is. I'm down about 12 pounds already and my energy level is super. I'm starting to think about things like when will I be able to buy new clothes, or when will I be able to start running again? Things I had so long ago ...

Emotional eating

I'm sure this post is probably "old news" to most of us. But I am getting new revelation into how my emotions truly trigger binge eating and wanted to share for anyone who is struggling or maybe some of our newbies that could benefit from what's going on my my head ;)

Yesterday, my 15 year old daughter's boyfriend broke up with her. This was her first ...

What I Learned Today...

...the IMPORTANCE of eating on time, and SLOWLY!!!

I was running around doing errands for the family today and lost track of time and when I last ate. So I realized it was 5:00PM and I still had to pick up some meds for my mom at the pharmacy and I hadn't eaten since noon and I was starving! <img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_4_17.gif' border=0>

Back on track =)

Hi All,

I started on May 2, lost a whopping 18 lbs in almost 3 weeks. it was unbelievable. Got over the 3 day hunger thing. Was loosing a pound a day. Got sidetracked with one dinner out. Then hubby got to go to San Fran for business, and I tagged along for Memorial Day weekend. Needless to say, I forgot the whole word Medifast. ...

Plus we were in a car accident right after moving here, and I had to have 2 surgeries following that. But anyways, I finally was able to ...

One week down

Well it's been one solid week on MF. I'm so surprised that I was able to stay on plan with relatively little effort. I was never dying of hunger, though I was certainly hungry a bit at first. I NEVER felt tired or sluggish due to the caloric restriction even with my herculean schedule. I never had a problem eating the food. (Although wouldn't a MF pepperoni pizza taste good ...
