Lab Results Part 1

Went to the doc this morning to have some "things" checked out. While on vacation I noticed that I became increasingly fatigued while exercising at Curves. Plus I couldn't get my heart rate up because I was so pooped.

Made an appointment for this morning and saw an associate of my regular physician.

Really bad cravings!

I don't know what's going on! Here I am, almost three months in, and I am having some really bad cravings. They are ALL carbs! This yummy looking cheesy rice Emeril made on TV, pizza, the KFC mashed potato bowl, french fries. I'm going nuts!

Alright, I'm pretty jazzed. I have been walking a ton since starting MF. I usually walk around my neighborhood and always avoid a big hill by our park because it kicks my butt! Measureing 2 inches below my naval when I started was 55 inches now---43 :shock: 12 inches gone there!

Measuring 2 inches above the naval was 49,now--39 :D 10 inches gone there!

How often do you weigh yourself?

Do you weigh in every day, once a week, not even that often?

My dh has always weighed himself every night before going to bed. I tell him he should do it in the morning and he seems to think it doesnt matter as long as it is the same time every day. I go thru spurts but I am trying so hard to not check all the time so I dont get disappointed if ...

Wedding Goal

I'm losing weight for my wedding next December (07). I lost 3.5 pounds this week and I have 74 more before the big day...which I'm sure I can do. Is anyone else out there losing weight for their BIG DAY?
