still chugging along!!!!!!!! 37 lbs gone

Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone took their blood sugar daily. I know mine has always been low...well, under 100. Not like 40s or 50s low.

Obviously for people on medication or with diabetes issues would have differences, but does anyone normally not on meds test just out of curiosity? I used to use my mom's just to see and I tested on my dad's today just to see. If so, what numbers ...

Not only did I lose weight my first 10 days (I knew I would, I had faith from y'all), not only have I finally apparently caught up with my water and am no longer feeling dehydrated, I apparently have reached the fabled "high-energy" phase... I am SO hyper! :bounce:

....to get back to 100% compliance! I had my doctor check up for my knee and I only need 2 more weeks or physical therapy and then I can continue strengthening on my own!!! The steroid shot worked wonders and I am SOOOOO much better.

I've been off of any narcotics for pain for 2 weeks now so I think it is safe to go back to the MF plan as written. So now maybe ...

Gosh I think I love these more than the number on the scale. :)

Yesterday after everyone had gone home from our BBQ, all the kids and I were out on the lawn playing tag. And my dd asked me to show her how to do a cartwheel. It's been years since I've done one... well, not only did I do one, but I did many and ...

until I took a good long look in the mirror just now....somehow, I'm not feeling so hungry any more :roll:

It's interesting how we all perceive things differently. I read on this board how some are so self-conscious and upset and miserable with how overweight and huge they are and their starting weight is 250 pounds.

Then there are those of us who can hardly wait to get down to 250 pounds because they feel so wonderful at finally being below 300 pounds that 250 pounds will be like being in a dream.

Has anyone tried it? I thought it might be good with the MF crackers as a dip? :roll:

Today is finally the day. 50lbs GONE FOREVER! I weighed in at 168.8 this morning. Took me going off plan on Sat & Sun to get the scale going again. I did not pig out on those days. I ate the right foods and stayed away from chips and deserts.

So I am doing the banana dance today and feel great!
