to stepping of the MF wagon the past week. I have been on vacation and hiking. To me, MF is neither high calorie or convienient enough when not near a tap and when carrying a pack.
Regardless, I'm fully back on board this a.m., am still in ketosis and have lost #1.6 since last weigh-in. :whoohoo:
