No weight lost this week--in my journal I confessed to having very brief minor nibbles of indescretion every couple days, and maybe that threw me out of ketosis, (no candy bars or fast food or anything crazy-maybe a cracker, or one cookie, and one night a s1/2 bag of popcorn) but my calories have been super low, and I've been drinking my water!!
