SO... I work in a commercial building with about 40 day time employees. I was in the lu peeing (as most of you are are fully aware of) as I do 20 times a day. Just so happens that the bathrooms are right outside of the magnificent kitchen. As I am washing up (yes I do wash my hands) I hear overthe PA the Operator announce:

"Attention all employees, there is PIE in the kitchen" ...

Hi everone. I worked all day yesterday so just now posting my wt. loss for sat. morn I lost 2# this week thats a total of 25# I am :D about that wish it was more but I will take what ever at least it is a lost .susan

This was a rough week for me. We had a stomach bug make the rounds in the house, plus my step-daughter wound up in the hospital this week and I found out that one of our dear relative's newborn baby may have Cystic Fibrosis.

I did make some off-plan food choices, but I'm back on the wagon and doing fine. My weight loss for this week was only 1 pound, but it beats the heck ...

Week one is over and I couldn't believe the scale. So I went to the doctor's office to have my girlfriend weigh me. I have loss 15.5 #. This really works!

I went to the Dr. so I know the scale is right....10 pounds gone in 1 week!! I love this. I also love to read about how everyone is doing and how much they have lost. I too, hope to be like mike one day!!
I hope this keeps up, I'll be thin in no time! :D
