Hello all,
Today is day 4. Day 3 wasn't all that bad - I highly suggest being very busy on day 3 - it helps alot. I had coffee with a friend, an appointment, and a party that night. Of course at the party there were cookies, bread & dip, candy, etc...
It really helped to have a buddy there who's also on a low carb/high protein diet. We were eyeballing all the food but ...
