I am so excited - last night offically ended week one for me and I am down 12.5 pounds!!!!! I feel FANTASTIC!

The most interesting thing I have noticed is I really have no cravings for food...went to a Capitals game, and did not desire to eat anything....hubby wanted to go to Outback last night - I said, OK - and I was not tempted to eat anything! Like "Sucess in a Shaker Jar" ...
