I went off Medifast , Thursday was my last day. My blood sugar got really low and my aunt who is a doctor consulted me and said my body needed a break from the diet. I was lethargic and in bed for 3 days and then my family did intervention on me so I thought about it and im already back in my old clothes and my last 10lbs consist of mostly shaping up. I ...

Just wanted to let you all know I am starting Medifast today, I recived all my products.
Weigh in today is 219. I will be weighing in on Thursday though, because I go to TOPS on Thursday night.
I am so glad to have this board and all of you for support. I will need it the next few days I'm sure.

As of today, I have lost 70 lbs!!! :):):):):)

I had trouble on Sunday trying to post in roll call does any one have any ideas why. The screen kept telling me "invalid session".

Other than that things are going better this week and I thank you all again for being here. Your support got me through that first couple of weeks which were hard for me
