Precursor to weight loss?

This may be strange, but I have to ask--LOL When I was on Medifast previously, I was always hungry at night--I don't sleep much, and stay up late and rise early, so even if my last shake is at 7p.m., by 9 my belly starts to growl and by the time I hit the sack (midnight or so) my stomach is pinching with hunger--ouch! Bragging

Hey guys, I've just finished week two and wanted to stop in and brag. Bragging is allowed here, right??

Today marks two weeks since starting the 5:1 plan and I'm down 10 lbs. Half way to my first of three mini goals (20 lbs each!).

Anyone contemplating using this product....take my advice....it works!

Hi everyone!

This BB has been SUCH a source of inspiration, encouragement, and accountability that I have decided to go WAY out on a limb here and share my plan for the next 100 days with you....
