Alright, is it normal not to lose or gain any weight in 4 days? I weighed in for my 2nd week this morning and I am still at only 10lbs. Am I leveling out already or is something gonna happen in another week? I have been doing the same thing everyday without cheating. Yesterday I only drank 7 glasses of water, 8 oz. each. I did YOGA today and plan to be out walkin' tomorrow.
