Hi Gang!

How's everyone? I haven't posted in a month. A lot has happened to me since. I got really busy preparing for a week long conference. Then went away for a week. I was extremely stressed during that time. I get back and my dad get sick and gives us all a scare. He spent 4 days in the hospital and he's fine now. Then I got and still am soo busy at work ...

It took just over 3 weeks to get there. I know that other people say they lost a lot more the 1st week ... but if it's any encouragement to other newcomers who lost slower at first, I lost 6 of these 10#s in my third week.
