Well, today was the first day in over 2 years that I have tucked a shirt in. I thought.....what the heck......I'll give it a try and see how it looks. I was pleasantly surprised.

Not only that........but when I look down I can actually see my belt buckle and not my stomach. :whoohoo:

Not my age or my IQ. I don't qualify for that high in either yet ;) although age is coming in a couple of months.

I am talking about jean size. Today I found some clearance jeans at wal-mart in size 34 and couldn't pass up the deal (being in 36's). I promptly tried them when I got home and low and behold, they fit!

I guess I had my first NSV today. I had lost 3 lbs 2 weeks ago and was up 2 this weigh in :x . I weighed myself this morning and was down 4 (the two gained and another 2 additional lbs). :D

At work my friend mentioned how the capris I was wearing looked rather baggy. I ...

I hit 20 lbs on my weight loss and I started at the end of January! I know other MFters have seen more dramatic results shoots, I'll take it!

I can't really see a difference moving from 195 to 175 but boy oh boy, I cant wait to see the difference between 175 to 155! Single digit clothing sizes here I come!

I've crossed another milestone! I'm down 61 pounds from my highest weight of 285. I now weigh 224! Yeah!!!!

Well, February was not a good month for me - mostly just plateau. In the last 3 days, to victories have me pumped up and raring to charge ahead.

1. Got a pair of jeans that were 2 sizes smaller than where I started - thought they would be snug - they're comfy! :exercise:

2. The scale finally seems to be moving in the right diection again ...

Just had to peek this morning at the scale. I have been doing MF for 4 days, well OP 4 days and have lost 4 lbs as of this morning!!!!!!!! I think I could get used to this!! That is definately the motivation I needed to keep going. Just wanted to share with anyone who cares to listen!!!

I have finally DONE IT -20lbs and it only took me 19days of being totally compliant...
