Hi there !

I just started today , i must say i love the french vanilla it reminds me of vanilla cake batter after blending up the mix , so far i have this HUGE pounding headache which i have taken an advil for but
did not work , :x i am at work in my cube so no one can see me rubbing my temples ...lol ...

I just wanted to vent :x about WATER ACCUMULATION!

Now I have been back on Medifast 100% since last Sunday morning, after getting over some bug. I weighed 196 that morning.

Through this week, my weight has gone from 194 to 196 to 195. This despite me adhering religiously to the rules of the Complete Plan.

But, I have been having 2 cups of bouillon a day, ...

Hi everybody!
I was reading all these posts and really identifying with the feeling deprived thing. I had such a bad day at work on Thursday that I called my husband "just to say I'm going to eat a Snickers now." Of course, he talked me down, but it made me really get to thinking--and fearing--the whole topic of cheating on MF.

I guess what I worry about is not IF I will cheat, but ...

Hooray hooray I fit in my black jeans today!
What is the size? That does not matter!
All I know is I'm that much less fatter!

All I want to do right now is eat. I'm not particularly hungry, but I'm feeling (childishly) deprived. I want more food, and I want it NOW. It's not that I want to binge, it's that I want to taste things that I haven't tasted in awhile. There are frozen blueberries calling my name. And not just those, but that sort of thing.

I am working on a work-related project on my laptop here at ...

Okay guys it is the SNAIL QUEEN herself asking all the WONDERFUL MEDIFASTERS out there to send POWERFUL......THINNY WISHES to the East Coast....particularly R.I. .....my body doesn't seem to want to let go of this weight despite being compliant... :roll:
It is slow at realizing that FATVILLE is no longer an option & THINVILLE is where it's at.....my snail of a metabolisim is stuck in ...

Today I got on my "old" scale (which appears to be more accurate and consistent than my "new" one) and it officially said 191, 191, 191. When I started that scale was reading 201, 201, 201...
SO! I think that means I get a 10-lb tag! Hope the progress continues!! I'm planning an all-inclusve vacation with my husband as additional incentive for May/June and want to look thinner!! ...

Couldn't hold the news any longer. I went to the doc's office yesterday to get my physical and be weighed. Yes!!!! I now weigh in at 215 and have accomplished my 2nd goal to my weight loss journey. That is a whopping total of 70 lbs gone, since I 1st started Medifast almost 12 months ago. So you can add me to the 70# club. Overall, I lost a grand total of 88 lbs since ...
