I have some buddies and blood rel. who are driving me crazy... Most of my pals make more money then me, and are very sweet, always wanting to take me out to fancy places. I try to explain that all I need is 7oz of chic and 2 cups of veggys... And, the answer is pretty consistantly- COMMON SKINNY!!! YOU CAN GO OFF YOUR THING FOR ONE NIGHT CAUSE WE WANT YOU TO HAVE FUN!!!! ...

I'm very excited......I hit the 30# club. In all my previous attempts of weight loss.....I have never made it this far.

Hey, this is exciting for me! Just decided on a whim to try my size 16 Levi's and they fit again! Yea!! Just had to share! I didn't think 8 pounds would make that much of a difference but apparently it does!

I'm off now to Pittsburgh. Just found out there's a Trader Joe's there now--one of my favorite stores when I visit friends in AZ. Also plan to hit Whole Foods, too.

Forgot my lunch on the way to work - not used to packing - and there is nothing good/healthy at work. So ........ I had a bunch of junk that probably put back on every ounce that I've lost the past few days. Any advice?

We all get heavier as we get older because there's a lot more information in our heads. So I'm not fat, I'm just really intelligent and my head couldn't hold any more so it started filling up the rest of me!!

So here's the thing....I lost 7 pounds my first week on MF. So of course I was truly excited and motivated and of course set my weekly expectations really high ( I know I know....). So I went in weighed in yesterday and only :cry: lost three pounds! I was so so dissapointed when I walked out.

So on my way home....I was moping ...

I wasn't expecting more then a couple of pounds when I peeked at the scale this morning, imagine my suprise to see 10 pounds gone!! wow!

I am really impressed that today I got into size 12 pants for the 1st time in over 20 years. I know I weighed considerably less than now the last time I was in this size - so I know I have been losing in the belly/hip/thigh area (they don't call me thunder thighs for nothin'), even though the scales has been moving ...
