you talk to people who have seen you fail soooo many times before?

I ask this because I have been putting off getting an appt to get my hair trimmed because I don't want to have to face my hair dresser. I have been going to the same gal for several years. She has watched me lose and gain......and lose and gain........and lose and gain.........you get the picture.

Anyway......I am so excited ...

I mean i really don't know. How does 5 oz of chicken look? I mean i only lost 3.5 pounds this week. And this is week five. Could i be over doing it.

People i am .5 pound away from being in the 90 pound club. That's a 1/2 pound away. I lost 3 pounds this week and 2 days. I usually weigh in on Sundays, but it was TOM for me and i did not want to depress myself by getting on the scales. I am so close to be being under 200 pounds that it is killing me. ok, i need to ramble....please forgive me for being long-winded. feel free to chime in!

i am in my second week of MF and lost 1 pound, bringing my total to 11 pounds. you might be thinking "yay!" or "ok, so what is her problem?" or "is she cheating?" ...

Apparently some of my co-workers think it is time for me to go shopping because today they were calling me 'Miss Baggy Pants". I am still wearing the same capris that I wore at the beginning of the school year. However, now I have to gird them up with a belt. They are too big but I refuse to go and buy new ones since Friday is the last day of school.

I don't know ...

I am little bummed today...I have decided to watch the scale closer. Maybe it was a mistake. Since I weighed yesterday morning, I HAVE GAINED 2 LBS!!! Yes, just since yesterday morning. At roll call I reported I lost 2 lbs since Wednesday. THat puts me back at exactly where I was last Wednesday. Whats up with that?

How in the heck can this happen? I didn't do a thing different.....

:D wow.... " miss i cant budge a pound" finally dropped 5 lbs this week, 10 days on MF................ phew :yay: This week I plan to start working out again ..... for some reason , these 5 lbs feel like more !!! I wore a suit to work yesterday & my extra tire wasnt buldging over my belt ...
