Ok, something is bugging me big time. How many of you have scales with the body fat % on them? Well I do and mine has always said I am about 50% fat, +- 1 or 2 points. Excuse me? Is that right? It said that right after the baby when I still weighed 248 or something and it said that when I lost weight last year on Medifast when I was down to 210. ...

172.5. I really am so glad it finally happened-I knew it would but I was within 5 pound range of it for 10 days. It feels great. Now I am up and hungry! I did go to bed at 7 because of my back so have slept a little over 7 hours. I'll see if I can go back to sleep once my excitement wears off! :) ...

I DID IT!!!!! I made it to the 40# club on my goal date. :woohoo:

Day one!
Woke up an hour before alarm, was a BEAUTIFUL day (it snowed last week, but we had sun over the weekend and it was 60ish or so, lovely!)..

Followed program exactly.. and I feel like garbage. My head feels like a balloon is expanding inside of it, and I'm having a hard time remembering things. Tummy grumbles all day.

So, I recently returned from a business convention in Las Vegas, and had the best time! But, while you all may be assuming that the shows, bars, casinos, etc. were what led to my great time, it was actually Medifast!

Several years ago I worked this same convention, which includes a major trade show experience with endless hours of standing, walking miles through the convention, meeting clients, exhausting hours, and blisters upon blisters ...

I just returned from a visit with my family; Mother & other, Brother & family, Aunt & family. Except for my mother, I have not seen these people in about three years. Last year I lost 45#, I am 5' 1"; my weight loss is significant.

Can any one tell me, guess or speculate as to why not a single person would comment or aknowledge? I am totally ...
