Well, I have been on a plateau for over a week now. :x I've been compliant and just knew when I steped on tne scale this morning, it would move at least a pound but it didn't. I know it will again, but it is soooooo discouraging. :cry: My health advisor called Friday night ...

I've been MFing for about 8 weeks now. I lost about ten lbs by the end of the 5th week and have been hovering around 138.5 ever since.

That makes my plateau about 3 weeks long. *sigh*

I'm not giving up or getting terribly discouraged but I sure would like to see the scale move a little.

I don't really know what my goal weight is. I'm thinking I should be under 130 so right ...

Ive decided that the BEST PRESENT I COULD GIVE MYSELF for the holidays coming up..is to feel better, look better and to loose as much as I can by December 25th!!!

for those of you who want to join me....Im posting my current weight then goal weight to meet by christmas....

what other better present could there be? this will keep me focused...during halloween when all the candy is in my face...during Thanksgiving ...

Hello To all...so many new members since I was on this forum. For those of you who dont remember me, I started Medifast at 185 pounds which seems like years and years ago now....my first time medifasting ever...I lost 50 pounds!! I had ups and downs thru my first journey...I would stumble, eat something I shouldnt, beat myself up over it..but I never gave up...we used to call it "the train to THINVILLE"....I fell off ...

You are by far the most encouragingly enthusiatic poster I've watched here! I dig your signature posting style. I truly think that you are SUCH and effective communicator that if an illiterate person were to "read" your posts they would understand completely because of all the visual cues.

The best compliment ...

It seems like one of the biggest struggles with weight is clothing. It affects how we look and how we feel. I know that many times, just the thought of shopping was enough to send me down a self-hatred spiral. It is something we all have to deal with and so I'm sure many of us have found hidden gems of the clothing world -- things that actually fit AND look good.

My problem is ...

Is this possible?? I will definetly take it, dont get me worng, but I cant believe my scale? I am guessing it is because I have quitea bit to lose....... this is Wonderful!!!!!

Finally after a MONTH LONG stall I am down a measly 1/2 lb and into the 80# club club. That is if I am not up a 1/2# tommorrow. Anybody got any magic stall busters?
