Good news and bad news!

Good one is that I'm at 59 pounds lost since 2 days, which brings me near the door to the 60# club!!!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

This is the first time I have ever tried to rid myself of excess weight that I feel like I will succeed :cleader: . I'm just starting my third day & I feel AWESOME! My energy level is high, my mood is great & my clothes are already feeling better! I'm just amazed! :shock: I'm looking forward to ...

I want to cry ...I am crying :cry: I have to change my ticker 'cause now the scale is stuck on a 10lb weight loss and it's not moving ...I officially started this diet thursday Jan 5th and the scale is now stuck only a 10lb weight loss!!! I had my heart set on losing 20lbs this month and the scale is not moving...... ...

Anyone give blood and get different results form prelim. workup after starting MF.

I usually give blood every 2 mos. or so and eat raisins before hand to up my iron count. Anyone find their BP was lower. I know on Atkins, my BP (which really was never high- always normal) was below normal (slightly below, not too low) and they were shocked. Anyhow, I am giving either way...just wondering if anyone has a ...

Okay this is HUGE!! I am not so HUGE anymore but this is BIG!!!

I am in the 100's ---- yee ha! 198.2 to be exact ladies and gentleman AND in a size 14 these days. I am in complete shock followed by awe.

Was looking at the scale on Sunday and wondering if it would hold and was true -- made my Mom come to see it just so I had a witness. Well, ...

ok, 1st 7 days - 1 LOST 12.9 LBS...now I am not losing any thing at all STUCK!!!
Yes I cheated on sunday I had no carbs what-so-ever but I did have ckicken wings and Prime rib.... and I have been extra-extra good for the last 4 days drinking betwwen 64oz and 120oz of water every day and eating all my supplements.. My lean & green has been very healthy!!

why no weight loss now???? ...

Well I knew I was a carb addict but last night had a full blown attack. :x :bricks: I feel really bad today(guilty). I dont know what happened but the cravings were awful and instead of fighting I caved. :brickwall: Well back on the plan! Glad this forum is here ...
