I THOUGHT MAYBE I WOULDN'T DO VERY WELL WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN THIS WEEKEND BUT I DID. THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF MY FOURTH WEEK AND I HAVE LOST 14 LBS.

Hi - I did great with the program back in the winter - lost 30 lbs in 3 months. Made a conscious decision to "maintain" for a while - to let my body adjust to the new weight and decide if it wanted to lose more (better for me than being frustrated at a months-long plateau).

I was doing really well for a while - within 2 lbs of my lowest - then full summer ...

I made the 40# club yesterday, but I wanted to see it on the scale for 2 days before I got too excited! :D

40 lbs in 4 months. I'm happy!

I am very confused. I have read Nancy's post on the forum that we do not need to count carbs because the Medifast plan makes things easy and that as long as we stick to it, it works. OK..............I got on the scale this morning and lost 2 lbs. I was so discouraged about not losing anything but my initial 8 lbs. the first few days I wanted to give up. Today is the first day of my 3rd week so maybe I'm just a slow loser but at least a loser!
