Wow, it has been a long 9 days without you all! Now I am back on the east coast, back in contact with my precious laptop, and ready to drop off the rest of this weight! :mrgreen:

So I will not lie...I was far from perfect this week, however I wasn't nearly as bad ...

Good morning from a very RAINY North Texas...we have been in drought situation for months, so I am VERY happy to be getting a weekend of rain.

Thursday marked my first week and I had lost 7 pounds...I want to begin weighing in with everyone on Sunday, so weighed again this morning and I have lost another pound...

The first week is SO ecouraging for me as I have so much to lose...I feel like ...

So tomorrow is my official weigh in day, but I couldn't wait. I have lost a total of 10 pounds so far in MF!

Happy Weekend everyone! I just wanted to share that I have made it to that magical place known as Onederland!! Over 10 years ago when I first crossed into the 200's in my mid-twenties, I didn't imagine that I would get to a high weight of 286 and that it would be so long until I got back into the 100's.
Now that I'm here, I won't linger on pre-MF regrets, I'm sure everyone has ...

Ok I could not wait until Sunday I had no weight loss the week before I weighed today and I was down 11 lbs I am sooo Happy :D
