How much caffeine can I consume on mf and have any of you ever went off the program for a vacation and then went back to mf and continued to lose?

I haven't posted in a couple weeks because I've had some health problems. I was in the hospital for 6 days in the last week and a half! It has been very difficult and of course I wasn't able to stay on Medifast. Fortunately, I am doing fine now and ready to restart! I've missed Medifast and the way I feel!
