Time to celebrate!!

I broke my plateau today big time!!!

I was 253 and now.....235! :)

I am thrilled! I actually got off the scale, took it to another room and re-weighed in-same result!

I guess my goal of 225 for St.Kitts will come true!!

Stuck in the Middle....

Between 307 and 309. :(

For the past week my weight has fluctuated between 308.2 and 308.9 according to my cursed digital scale. Grrr..

I can't believe I've reached a plateau so quickly! Yet, as I recall in past reincarnations as a" woman on a weight loss regime", 308 seems to be some kind of "magic number" ...

I've been wearing the two pair of 20's, and didn't notice how loose they were getting until a few days ago, while out running errands, I had to keep hitching them up because they were practically falling off of me! I had bought a ...

If at first you don't succeed...

I read this quote yesterday, and thought I'd share it (thinkng of my many, many restarts) :)

"When Thomas Edison invented the light bulb, he tried over 2,000 experiments before he got it to work. A young reporter asked him how it felt to fail so many times. He said, "I never failed once. I invented the light bulb. It just happened to be a 2,000-step process." ...

Hangin' on this week

Hi all! I want you to know that I think that this is a GREAT group of Medifasters! I don't know why, but I've felt a little shy about posting since my intro last week. It's a big group here, but warm and friendly. So I'll do my best to get to know you better and jump in here as often as time permits.

I've been ...
