Now to the cool part... After being "stuck" for a week, and after following all your suggestions, I'm happy to report I've lost ...

Why inches and not pounds???

I really expected to be much farther along by now but my plateaus have been frequent and looooong! I know my clothes are getting bigger, the pants I bought the first week of April had to be taken in at the waist a week later and now they are in need of more alterations. ...

food for thought

Was reading last night and came across a good quote that I wanted to share:

"When the pain of the problem gets worse than the pain of the solution, we'll be ready to change. Before our hearts and lives can change, we must be willing to change our level of effort--we must become willing to go to any length." -C. Harrison
