Who's on the other end of that Live Help online icon?

When i try to quote something from someone elses post, it just shoes as "quote" but i notice that everyone else that quote says "lifelovinaries wrote:" this seems to have just started. I am still using the same procedure that i previously used but it wont show the other poster's name. HELP!

I would like to keep up with the new posts and so I hit the button that says "posts since you last visited" but I find that it misses responses I have recieved since my last visit.

Is there a way? Some people seem really great at keeping up with all the new posts, do they just click on everything and look around?
