I thought I had traded all my oatmeal, but I still have 5 packets. 4 Peach and 1 Maple.

Would anyone like to trade me for any shakes or pudding?

I have been on Medifast for 3 weeks and don't really like any of the soups. I have 1 box each of chicken & rice, minestrone, chili, cream of tomato, and cream of broccoli that I would like to trade for the following items:

Dutch Chocolate shake
Banana shake
caramel nut bars

If anyone is interested, let me know.

Ok I have Cream of Chicken Soup and Chicken & Rice Soup up for swap.
These are new boxes with one missing from each.

I have found the shakes are for me! But I have never been much of a soup eater anyway.

Well, if not, I sure do. Unfortunately they are not my favorites.

I have 5 minestrones
3 chicken and wild rice
1 chicken noodle

I like banana pudding, mint bars, caramel nut bars, even smores bars.

I have the following up for trade:

1 box of Creamy Ranch Salad Dressing
3 boxes of Robust Tomato Fast Soup
2 boxes + 13 packets of Delicate Chicken Fast Soup

I'm just not liking the oatmeal. I have one full box of Peach and would love to trade for either shakes or Banana pudding. I'll take any flavor or combination of flavors in the shakes. Drop me a PM if interested!

I have too much Chili and would love to trade for any other soup except Minestrone. (not real fond of Minestrone.

Do you have Hot Cocoa you want to get rid of. I need some right away as it is my favorite and I am going out to town Fri - Sun. I will trade or buy it outright from you. I need someone to do a trade with me priority mail but it has to go out TOMORROW (Monday) for me to get it in time.
