I dont like the new formula of the chocolate or chocolate mint bars and they used to be my faves! I have 5 choc and 2 mint. Im looking for caramel nut or oatmeal raisin.

I have three boxes of S'mores and two boxes of fruit and nut. These are new. They used to be my favorites, but the new formulation is just too sweet :(. I need oatmeal, preferrably Apple cinnamon but I eat any except maple. Also I could use a little soup, Not the cream soups.

I am new to Medifast - started almost two weeks ago. Down 8.6 - hard but worth it. This is my first time posting on any message board. I was excited to find this board and particularly this forum.

I just tried a sample of the eggs, and LOVE them! Does anyone have any that they would trade me for something?

I have clothes in size 20, 18 and some 16 that I would like to get rid of. I noticed that noone really makes posts about clothes on here. If anyone is interested in what I have, please PM me. I'd much rather sell them through here than at a garage sale or give to Goodwill.
