These were taken today. I notice my change from last month most in my face. Before long my face will be gone. ;)

I will admit I am starting to like the way ...

I'm FINALLY posting my before and during pics. This before pic is actually at 160 pounds. I started MF at 170 pounds on Aug 1. The after pic is 137 pounds taken on Nov. 2.

My 12 year old son told me, my before picture looks like I'm a Grandma. MY 16 your old son said I looked like Fiona from Shrek when she's an ogre. I love my kids!! ...

This is my before picture at 160lbs. The skinny :shock: person who is helping me is Lizabette, my darling sister-in-law.

wow -- i had NO idea how hard this was actually going to be! CVS finally got it together so i could get the cd and when i see myself -- YIKES!!! I am extremely embarassed! But now I am on MF and it will help me be healthier & happier, and actually care about how I look again!

Well i took an actual 'before pic' but it is in a 2 piece that is my goal to look awesome in, so i'm not brave enough to post that until i don't look that way anymore ... it's not a pretty site!!!! :oops:

BUT here is the latest pic taken of me prior to starting on MF... at 234. UUGGHHH! This was in KW where DB ...

Well, I decided to do the whole "Biggest Loser" sports bra and shorts shot:)



AS you can tell, I tend to carry my weight in my midsection and face

Well here is my picture of me when I started even though I had already lost about 20 pounds. Here I am over 5 months later, down 111 pounds!!!

Big change in the last month, and friends noticed these changes. Felt real nice when last night I had people I have known for probably 8-10 years not recognize me since I haven't seen them in 10 months.

My son pointed this out to me...look how round my face is, thats just gross if you ask me. Do you believe this pic was taken March 7 of THIS year?!!!! The othe pic was taken last week. My wonderful son put them together for me so that I can show you. Now goo look are YOUR Driver License picture
