Here is my before...weighing in at 158lbs. I will be starting my program when I get it next week. I might look lighter than 158 and I think it is because the picture was taken from someone tall. We will see what my after photo looks like in the same pose!
If anyone has any advice before I get it on how to prepare myself, please let me know. Any encouragment would be GREATLY appreciated. ...
