OK, I'm gonna jump in here too, I've been lurking for a bit (tried posting once before but it disappeared I think, user error I'm sure!) and thought I'd say Hi. Been doing MF for about 5 weeks (5+1) but have not been as strict as I should recently and actually fell completely off the wagon this weekend, ugh, i'm so mad at myself I could scream ...

OK... I'm taking the plunge. Here is an informal 'before' photo.

At our HR Halloween party, my team decided to act out a pun. I was the Director of Human Race Horses. It was really cute. We won the costume contest. My costume was just black with a 'Director' sash that Angelica made for me to wear.



It is a 'scary' Halloween photo, if I do say so myself! Looking forward to next year's ...

I don't have a more current picture, but this picture is from November 2 years ago, when I weighed what I weigh now.


This picture is from March, 2003, when I had lost about 70 lbs.

Fall in the northwest is a beautiful thing!

Terry and I went for a little afternoon adventure the other day just to enjoy the beauty of the clear fall day.



We parked along the Lewis River and watched the fishermen trying to land a plump steelhead. We walked through the park and I collected a few leaves and some acorns.

After a day of snorkeling near Hanalei, we made an ice cream stop at Lappert’s in Princeville (because we can!). While I was enjoying my scoop of pineapple and coconut ice cream, my friend BonBon snooped around the shops and spied this outrageous outfit.

She promptly grabbed me by my bathing suit strap and dragged me into the boutique. “Ya gotta try this on, ...

Well, here I am...all 161 pounds of me. Can't seem to find a picture of me by myself :? ...maybe I can get one made before too much longer. Anyway, I can't wait to finally have a picture of me that I am proud of! :D

Hi, Kids ~

While we were in Kauai we went on a six hour sunset dinner cruise of the Napali coast on one of Capt. Andy’s 3 foot catamaran. It was a delightful day – perfect in every way. We saw sea turtles, spinner dolphins and the beaches where some movies have been filmed – Jurassic Park, Six Days and Seven Nights, Outbreak, Honeymoon in Vegas, to name a few.

We had a yummy catered ...

While the boys read, relaxed and messed with their :puter: laptop computers, Bon Bon and I loaded up the van and headed out at 7:20 AM for a morning of snorkeling at Lawai Beach. We saw Moorish Idols and a gnarly opossum faced fish - it was :twisted: nasty-looking!

We drove on to Poipu Beach for more snorkeling. ...

Here's Leopard Woman after a morning of snorkeling at Poipu Beach, voted the #3 beach in the world.
